Introduction: Acromegaly is a chronic disorder caused by growth hormone (GH) hyperproduction which leads to significant morbidity and mortality primarily due to cardiovascular and respiratory complications. Pituitary adenoma is the main cause of GHÂ’s hyperproduction.
